Refund & Cancellation Policy

How PlusGST plans renew, how to cancel them, and what happens to a plan you change or stop.

1. What this covers

This page explains how payment for PlusGST works: how the paid plans renew, how to cancel, and what happens when you change plan. It applies to the Pro and Business plans. The Free plan is not charged for, so nothing here applies to it.

Current prices are on the pricing page.

2. How you are charged

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay autopay, monthly or yearly. The first month or year is charged when you authorise the payment in Razorpay’s checkout. Each following period is charged automatically at the start of that period, until you turn autopay off.

One plan belongs to your account and covers every business you own. PlusGST does not store your card or bank details; they are held by Razorpay.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your profile, under Plan & billing, by turning autopay off. No further charges are made.

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Until then your plan stays as it is. After that date the account moves to the Free plan.

Nothing you have created is blocked, changed or deleted when a paid plan ends. The Free plan’s limits apply to new work only.

4. Changing plan

  • To a higher plan, on the same billing period: you pay only the difference for the time left in the current period, and the higher price applies from the next renewal.
  • To a lower plan, or between monthly and yearly: the change is booked for the end of the current period. Nothing is charged at the time you make the change, and you can undo it before it takes effect.

5. If a renewal payment fails

Razorpay retries the payment, and PlusGST shows that a payment is being retried. Your plan continues for 3 days after the period ends. If the payment has still not gone through by then, the account moves to the Free plan; nothing already created is affected, and you can start a paid plan again at any time.

6. Charges already made

Turning autopay off stops future charges. It does not reverse a charge that has already been made: the period you paid for remains yours to use until it ends.

If you think you have been charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period, write to support@plusgst.com with the payment ID from your payment history and the email address on your account.

7. Your payment history

Every charge is listed in your profile under Plan & billing, with the receipt issued by Razorpay.
